An hour ago Harley started heaving then was sick. Since then she has been sick 7 times! Most of it was her food (whole - not chewed). She keeps shaking and is really restless. We managed to get to her before she started eating it. :'( think I might have a restless night and call the vets in the morning if she is still ill in the morning. Hate her being poorly......feel soooooo useless
Re: Ill puppy I am not very experienced, but if I had a small puppy which had been sick that often, with those symptoms, I would call the vet now on the out of hours number - sorry if this is alarmist, but it's honestly what I would do.
Re: Ill puppy Thank you all. It's great to know that support is out there I phoned the vets last night and they advised me to phone if she was sick again last night - she wasn't. She didn't settle down til 2am and was up at 5.30am which is unusual for Harley, but she seems much better. I only gave her half her food allowance for breakfast and mixed it with water to make it not so hard for her to eat. So far so good. That was just over 2 hours ago and she has kept it down fingers crossed
