Hi I brought my 9 week old pup home on Thursday and she is doing well adjusting. The only thing is she seems to not be able to completely void and she seems to just drop a bit of pee and waits there for a minute afterwards almost as if she is trying to go more. She is pooping fine so I am wondering if she could have a urinary tract infection? Has anyone else experienced this?
It's always worth popping to the vets with a sample, they can easily test for a UTI. Mollie had one at nine weeks, with the same symptoms. The vet said they often get them as small pups which clear up on their own - but better to be safe than sorry xx .
