hi all! My puppy Mabel is now 18 weeks, and for the last week roughly I have noticed her hip(s) clicking when she sits or lies down. Because I'm a bit of a paranoid puppy owner anyway I had her to the vets straight away, and thank goodness she said she couldn't detect any abnormalities and said her gait seemed normal, but I'm worried still. She doesn't seem to be in any pain and she's very energetic! Just wondering what could be causing the clicking. Any thoughts?
    Thank you in advance!!

It might not be her hips. Clicking can more often come from kneecaps. I wouldn't worry though - you've had her to the vet and she's been checked and given the thumbs up. So just relax and enjoy your puppy :)

Oban clicked. First his shoulders, then his ankles, then his hips. I worried too and contacted his breeder. She said some just do. It was quite worrisome when he started to limp but didn't seem to be connected to any clicks and the limp went away. Sometime after one year old I noticed he didn't click anymore.
