my pup hasn't had an accident in the house since the second day we got him but the last two days has peed in his bed and my other dogs bed within 15 minutes of coming in from outside. I saw him pee outside so I'm wondering why he is suddenly doing this.

2 reasons -- he's 8 1/2 weeks and you have other dogs. Give it a couple of months before totally perfected.

He is a tiny baby at the moment - he will have accidents for some time yet. Just make sure you don't stress about it (its nothing you are doing wrong, its not deliberate and it is a phase that will pass) and make sure you use an enzyme cleaner (and follow the instructions carefully otherwise they don't work - just ask my OH ) each and every time there is an accident. Wash bedding really well and maybe spray with an enzyme cleaner made for fabrics. They really do remove all trace of the accident and therefore your pup will not see that as a place to wee.

He may not be completely emptying himself outside - distractions such as a fly going past or a blade of grass moving can and did with Bailey interrupt the flow - and he is not yet aware of his bladder and what he should be doing with it. It will take more than a couple of days for him to get the hang of it.

All my other dogs have been females so I didn't know if this had something to do with him marking territory since it's only beds he is peeing on. Other than this he has starting asking to go out.

I don't think at this age it will be down to marking territory - imo he is to young. More to do with not being able to control his bladder. Bailey was the same and although we don't have other dogs my sister does and he never peed on anything deliberately when we were there. Accidents happen - think of him like a human baby, would you expect a baby to know when he needed to go to the toilet and get there in time? Bailey seemed to catch on quite quickly but he was around 5 months before he was reliable about not having an accident.
