    Hey all

I noticed my boy going through another phase of excessive shedding, almost worse than of the spring shedding. Has anybody ever experienced this?

    Thanks

Yes all my labs have been different though. They have all had different coat types so some shed heavier than others and at varying times.do you groomed and brush your dog?it's does help with some but not all

My previous chocolate had times of heavy heavy shedding. Couldn't pet her without hair going everywhere. Some labs do shed
alot. Had to use a Furminator brush on her, it really helps.

Thankfully Cody appears to be losing less fur at the moment but for the last few weeks its been everywhere.

My dyson hoover brush turned up yesterday so we had a grooming session last night. It was interesting:D

Drift is having one of the worst shedding he has ever had in his 11 years. Fortunately it doesn't fall out much on the carpets, but when I brush him, loads of undercoat come out.

Wuki had a bad Shedding season starting at spring. Got better a couple of months after. Fur would fall in packets...

We went to the vet and she gave us fatty oils. The oils will help the dead fur to fall down and the new fur will grow better, and less dry. His coat is now beautiful again. Till October when the new shedding season comes! :/

Harley is shedding like mad again too! Think it must be the constant weather changes.

Lucan's just about stopped shedding now but the last few weeks have been horrendous! I could pluck big tufts of fur out of him....and the dandruff.....he's never had that so bad!

Lilly is lightly shedding right now, but heck, you should see our rabbit - need to hang off our visit to the vet or we will all be choking on her fur again - could knit a couple of pairs of socks from her shed fur!
