Met a load of cute puppies today. Had my fingers chewed. Didn't hurt one bit. Bah, I'm a Labrador mum, you gotta do better than that, little ones!

I took left over, medium rare, eye fillet steak to dog training this morning. It turned out to be ridiculously high in value. Ella ended up leaping around giving a million behaviours in order to try and get a million treats

I think I'll save the rest for recall practice :D

I've just been twittering away to Stanley and I was saying "you're my very best friend".

All I heard from the kitchen was "you're mine too".

OH thought I was talking to him.. as if :D

    Just love my gorgeous dog.
We've driven him halfway across the country, without a morning walk as we were running late, he was as quiet as a mouse in the boot for two hours, didn't flinch when we stopped at a god-awful services with disgusting human waste and huge lorries up close.
Then went bimbling across a new beach he'd never visited before, was (mostly) good when we stopped for a drink in a pub, has explored our rented cottage and garden, and now flopped down for a sleep. No stress, whining, barking (a couple of woofs at a nearby dog in the pub ). He even pooed right next to the bin
He might be challenging in other ways but he's so good at adapting to change and new environments. :tail:

Remind me of this in the future.....

    Thanks, we'll post pictures. :)

I kind of take this good behaviour for granted as we've done it before and he's generally like this, but it probably isn't the same for everyone so I'm taking a moment to count my blessings he can sometimes be an angel:doug::angel:
