I noticed that my dog's paws are irritated and sore, he sometimes licks them so it means that it's causing him some discomfort. I've read somewhere that it could be caused from a yeast infection, if that is the case then what kind o remedy or treatment would you recommend?

It does look quite sore. It almost looks like an abrasion. What kind of surfaces does he spend time on, especially when exercising?

If there's no obvious thing that might be causing abrasion I'd go to the vet about it. If he's chewing at his feet that can be allergy related (food or else something he's breathing in).

Worthwhile making sure his feet are rinsed in fresh cool water (with a pinch of salt perhaps) after being outside, but really, it sounds like your dog is a bit distressed if he is nibbling at them, I would definitely advise a word with your vet.
