I'm in the process of regestering my English black lab puppy named Kai (rhymes with sky) with the AKC. Only problem: I cannot think of a long name for her Any ideas??
It's from Walabs although I'm not sure if that's the registered name and I don't have authorization to use it.
In the UK, it's the breeder who registers the puppies with the KC and who gives them their kennel names. I wouldn't know where to begin choosing one of my own. Maybe combine an interest with your location - Overland Duckhunter of Shelbourne, or what have you Or, Doggy McDogface
What do you plan to do with your dog? What's her personality? Was she born around the time of any particular event (weather, astronomical event...)? Does she remind you of any type of other animal or person in her personality or behaviour? Does she have any dog names in her ancestry that you could reference? Is there a genre of literature or an author you like? Any book or movie characters? A song?
