hi, I'm looking for suggestions for chew toys that will last longer than a few hours. Bill is 11 months now and still loves to chew...! But nothing lasts! He hasn't taken to nylabones.... Any suggestions?

The Kong Goodie Bone (big black one) seems to last a really long time for us. You poke something yummy in the holes at each end. They are a perfect shape for dentastix but they don't last long so I smear peanut butter right through and Indie licks and chews for ages with no visible damage. But, her interest in it only lasts as long as the peanut butter remains inside (perhaps half an hour going at it solidly). This is a dog that ate all the corners off our hardwood coffee table when she was younger so quite a powerful chewer. Our last bone lasted a year until mice nibbled it and we had to throw it away!

We've got a Kong Tyre (that's one of the black toys too) as well as the Goodie Bone - I smear peanut butter inside the rim.You can bowl it too for a game of fetch. Seems quite robust.
