Hi all.Last night was a good hour's entertainment for three of us and little one.He has grasped the sit lay bit very well and is beginning to do it instinctively.Just as well because I'm down to my last two fingers when offering a treat because I always seem to hold it wrong. He won a competition for sitting in a hoop but video evidence suggests it was more luck than judgement. There was a lot of barking yesterday and all the dogs were quite boisterous and the majority of them,including Dawson ,seemed to focus more on the other dogs than the task. When the dogs were let off the lead to socialise Dawson took no notice and just went sniffing for treats We are thoroughly enjoying this one hour excursion on a Monday and it was mentioned we will be working towards some Bronze Certificate in November. Judging by the behaviour of some of the dogs I don't know if that's November 2017 or 2020!!!!
