....of my dogs. We went to Yorkshire yesterday to see my step daughter and her partner in their new flat. A long journey there and back. We went for a long walk followed by a pub meal sitting outside in the most glorious sunshine. Met lots of people and I was amazed at how many stopped to speak to us about the dogs. Particularly in the pub garden so many wanted to stroke Red and ask questions about her. A big gangly puppy attracts so much attention. By that point she was pretty tired and so children descending on her didn’t faze her. I finally managed to eat my lunch  but I was so chuffed that the dogs were so chilled and it was lovely chatting to so many friendly people.

Sounds like a fantastic trip out and brilliant that they were so well behaved. You should be proud of yourself and them.
