Found myself having a little jig round the kitchen earlier with Cassie to "Never met a girl like you before" by Edwyn Collins, as I'm inclined to do when it's just the two of us, it's Strictly Private Dancing you understand. :) Not to be revealed to my son and daughter.

It struck me that that song suits Cassie well - I'd only been thinking that of all the dogs I've had there are things I've had to deal with with her that are unique, as my first Labrador, most notably extreme friendliness with people and dogs.

Does anyone else have a song or piece of music that "sums up" their dog? :)

@snowbunny -- is that apostrophe right?

It's like I have a reputation or something!

But, yes, perfect use of punctuation for a single dog. :)

Willow's song is "She's So Lovely" by Scouting For Girls
Shadow's is "Me and my Shadow" (obvs)
And Luna doesn't have one yet! Well, other than "Squidgy bum squidgy bum squidgy bum bum bum" to the tune of Rossini's William Tell Overture :cwl:

That circus clown music, that typically accompanies mischief and chaos!

...and me and OH sing to her a delightful rendition of ‘gangnam Pig’

Oh yes, not mad at all. My daughter and I have a beautiful Irish Sports Horse, this is definitely her song. I attempt to sing when mucking out her stable :)

She's 17.2 hh, picking her up is not an option. :D

Brogan and I did a doggie dancing routine to Dave Mathews' "What Would You Say" back in the day. Definitely can't hear it without remembering him bouncing around doing weaves and spins. As soon as he would hear the first two lines ("Up and down the puppies' hair/
Fleas and ticks jump everywhere") he'd go into performance mode.

Duncan's tune was Edie Brickell's "What I Am" because he was a zen dude who was deep but didn't fuss about it.

Well, we contemplated 'Wild thing' and 'Highway to the danger zone' for his energetic side, 'Hopelessly devoted to you' for his eagerness to please, but eventually settled on 'Bring me sunshine' because he always brightens our days (I know, nauseatingly cheery!)

OH always sings songs to Rolo, inserting his name in where appropriate, and also makes up his own lyrics, I often write them down so we can laugh when were old and grey!

I mnust say though if the Benny Hill theme tune was playing in my house most days it wouldnt be out of place
