Lips drooping and around eyes different

I came home after work and noticed that around my 6month old pups eyes it was pinkish , not on the eye but around it. Also later noticed her back of her lips/ mouth were droopy, like as if she had a bee sting(but not huge but bigger then normal) but it was on both sides. She's still eating and drinking and ran around crazy. I saw her at lunch abd she was fine ..

 

Oh dear, poor pup. Looks as if a trip to the vet is in order.

 

Thanks for your comment I got my neighbour whom I think use to be a nurse vet and also helps rescue dogs to see what she thought. It could have been a bee sting, but seems ok now..
