When Snowie was one years old, we left him with a house sitter while we went on holiday. She decided to surprise us and wash our lounge chair seat covers. While her back was turned, Snowie munched up the foam inners! She tried to stuff them back into the covers, but they looked horribly lumpy. These had been sleek stylish chairs...

Well, we got used to living with lumpy cushions and time passed by. Finally, I replaced them today!!!!! What a difference!!! I had delayed doing it cos we’d been quoted a ridiculous amount for the job. Once I figured out what needed doing, I did it myself for 10% of what I’d been quoted!

Just went to admire the seat cushions. Beautiful and flat!!

I see the wink, I see the wink!! Snowie dug up our sofa in our bedroom years ago - you know the photo of “but it exploded!” We eventually reupholstered it, which cost a pretty penny. And three months later it got dug up!!!!!! Thankfully his only vice is digging in the sofa, not chewing it. So I’m hopeful for the new flat cushions...

That's indeed a milestone! Congrats on your flat cushions. I'm sure Snowy will be a very good boy and only decorate by adding fur, not more lumps. :)

Us, too - vomit stained! I’m tempted to rip it out, floorboards underneath.
