This morning while having a cuddle I noticed Homer is missing a top front tooth. I feel really bad as we don't know when this happened. But he's been a bit sorry for himself today, wanting caddies, sleeping with hubby upstairs and not wanting an afternoon walk. He was reluctant to eat his dinner and left his dentastix, he never leaves his dentastix.

Only thing we can think of is that hubby tripped over him last night, Homer could have bumped his face on the table leg but we can't see how this would have been enough to knock out a tooth and there was no blood. Homer didn't yelp or anything.

Poor lad. Definitely a Vet job. The base/roots of the tooth are probably still in there.

Oh poor Lad. Sounds like he's in a bit of pain if he's not eating so well. Hope you can get a vet appointment soon and get him sorted x

He was with Hubby all of today, I'll ring the vet in the morning. He may have bumped it last weekend then became loose. He was fine playing ball with hubby on morning walks. But been a bit sorry since then.

A front incisor at the top.

I feel really bad I don't know how or when it happened.

Oh dear! At least it isn't one of the big incisors, it doesn't look inflamed or sore, I guess that's a good thing, not that I know anything about canine teeth. how is Homer this morning?
