The mother is very hyper and jumpy before being pregnant, hard to control. If she has puppies will they become very hyper and jumpy as well? Should one stays away from such a litter?
It depends whether this is a product of her genetics or her upbringing. Me? I have two anxious dogs and, knowing what I know now, I'd run a mile from any litter where one parent or other was jumpy.
I would run a mile from a litter of pups where mum is hyper and jumpy . Whether it is temperament or learned behaviour the pups have a more than good chance of being like mum
