I was just thinking 'I have a spare £350 that I must spend on the dog, what could I possibly buy that he hasn't got already' and then along came this post.;)

Hattie and Charlie absolutely don't need anything else so I am going to give the money to the rescue centre Charlie came from so that other dogs can have a nicer Christmas xx :)

I do a similar thing @charlie , Paul and I had a Christmas cake decorating competition on FB ( Mary Berry has nothing to worry about ! ) and asked people to sponsor us , money has gone to the shelter Millie came from , their dogs need it more than most . I will most likely buy Nelly a toy, just the one and that's it .

Stanleys new collar that he's getting for Christmas. He's going to be the coolest dog on the block!

I now feel as though I need the matching bed and matching lead for his collar. But OH has put his foot down :(

The bed is awesome but at the very least you need the matching lead, for Stanley’s sake. He’s going to want to match when he’s out strutting about town, I mean think of all of those lady Labs he needs to impress ;)

Yup, I agree, you definitely need to get the matching lead :).

PS - OH and I have separate monthly pocket money budgets that we can spend on whatever we want without needing each other's approval. You can guess most of my Nov and Dec budgets have gone to the dogs quite literally!

Stanley needs the matching leash, no question. Sneak it in.
