Hi @lynny - I hope you don't mind but I have merged both your threads to keep the info in one place.

Yes, welcome, lynny! I spend half the year in Spain; where abouts are you? We're in Tarragona province. In the winters, I live in Andorra. Tell us a bit more about your girl, too :)

I looked into this quite a bit for my older boy who was walking slower and slower. This is a good overview for big dogs - it's in German but the recommended list has photos and links to Amazon: https://www.hundebuggy-guide.de/hundebuggy-fuer-grosse-hunde/

What I was thinking about doing was buying a used bike trailer for children (they are used by nearly everyone here in Germany), buying the converter kit to make it into a push buggy and just gutting out the inside child's seat and replacing with a dog bed. If you've got a German ex-pat community around Alicante, it may be worth asking around to see if someone is wanting to get rid of their old trailer.

For just not messing with the whole conversion thing and just buying one ready-made, this was my favourite, from a Dutch company: http://www.doggyride.com/us/en/P1271/DoggyRide-Novel-Dog-Jogger-Stroller.aspx
