What a hard decision for you! Are you only allowed to be a puppy walker if you have one or fewer of your own "forever" dogs then? Gypsy looks lovely and happy and I'm glad you approve of her new mom. It sounds like she will keep you updated on her, a definite plus.
No, I know a puppy walker with three pet dogs. But I wouldn't manage with two youngsters (Tatze is only 3) and a pup as my husband is away quite a lot, so I had to choose, Gypsy or puppy walking. I simply love the puppy walking, despite the broken heart every year. It's a perfect 'job' for me for, I hope, a long time to come. ...
Aw so sorry to hear that Gypsy had to be withdrawn. So much time and effort put in, and as you say she was so good at it. But at least she has a lovely family to live with and a great life ahead. She will be happy and that is great.
How old is Gypsy now? It's very sad that her person got sick and that she was too stressed to be placed with somebody else, but she's also a lucky pup to get an early retirement in a fab home! Are you allowed to visit her?
What a shame that Gypsy's owner became ill. It's good to hear that such good care has been taken of Gypsy and she's now happy and settled. I hope you continue to have news of her and she has lots of ball playing ahead!
Awwwwwwwwwww I've just caught up on this, so sad that she had only just begun her career, and sorry for the person who became ill but now she is a pet whoop whoop!!! I bet that was a tough decision for you! Pleased she has got a great home tho I cant believe she has achieved so much at 2yrs, puts my Bella to shame..!
