Thanks for sharing, Johnny. I have been consciously using R+ with my husband recently - he's actually very good at sharing roles around the house, but I realised that I probably wasn't giving enough reinforcement for this, so I've been making an effort to really and sincerely thank him when he does help out. It's HARD to do it without sounding patronising The biggest challenge I always find is using R+ with myself. It's easy to focus on the things you do wrong and not the things you do right!
Very interesting, I just wish she didn't refer to dogs 'attacking' their owners as they arrive home from work. For me a poor choice of words
