    Hello,

Does anyone have any top tips for cleaning our patio to eliminate the urine smell? It’s a bit stinky of puppy pees! Not sure what is safe to use as this is where Rufus pees/poos daily.

    Thanks in advance xx

Stain and Odor Remover by Real Simple is apparently safe. It works using bacteria (if memory serves me correct) to break down the offending substance - it’s excellent for removing all stains (red wine, beetroot, vomit). We use it on our carpet. We have a very stinky garden from urine and I’ve been told I can spray it on the plants without bad effect - I’ve not done it yet! It has a lovely fresh laundry smell.

Simple Solution is great (I don't know if that's the same thing as @MF was suggesting). @Boogie uses a dilute solution of it to swill down her pups' toileting area. It's an enzymatic cleaner designed to get rid of the odours that even we humans with our pathetic noses can't smell :)

I also use bio gel (the stuff for washing clothes) watered down, a lot, in a watering can. I swill each wee. No smell.

    :)

Ah, sorry, I had in my head it was Simple Solution you used. Washing detergent will be even cheaper :)
