Was there supposed to be a dog/puppy coming out of all this Labratouring? I can't remember anymore! :D

Bear slumber party part deux is happening tonight and the resident doggie where I'm staying came in for a visit and had a massive hoolie with Bear. So now we know he is excellent with little dogs, not that there was really a doubt. He got to go home to the @Beanwood pack today while I was out with @Rosie and @Hollysdad , so he seems much calmer for his second night away from Mama Kate and the pack. Either that or Benson just tired him out for me today and in that case - thanks, Benson!

Sorry, horrible photos, but you get the idea...

Well, I'd had to bring the Labratour to an end by getting a puppy. Whatever would I talk about on here then? ;)

Many thanks to @Rosie and Phil (@Hollysdad ) for the walk today - Phil was a wonderful trail guide and Holly and Pongo kept us on our toes. Well, Pongo kept Rosie on her toes as he fell in love with a dog in another group and insisted on trying to go home with them!

Where can I get a bathrobe like Hollys' for Gaston ? Seems very useful!

The usual stuff: crocopups, toilet training, cute puppy pictures, chewing, the consistency of poops...

Wonderful pictures, thanks. You've really caught Holly's personality. I particularly like the one where she's in ecstasy having her ears tickled because that's one of her favourite things (and mine if I'm honest).

You can get Dogrobes from many places online. We got ours from Amazon. @Naya introduced us to them, and they're brilliant for drying a dog.

It's very mutual. And I loved seeing Pongo's more sassy side today. I'm not even sure if I'll take the muddy paw prints off my coat. ;)

Harley, myself and the OH had the pleasure of Emily @Emily_BabbelHund & Bear visit us this afternoon. Harley was extremely excited to see Emily and went even more nuts as soon as she spotted Bear. It was great to catch up with Emily's labratour and her travels. It was also amazing to see my girl playing bitey face and playing full on with Bear. Harley rarely ever plays bitey face (only with next doors lab and a friend's miniature pinscher, neither of who she sees much) and is usually very reserved with dogs until she knows them really well. I tried to take some photos but most came out far to blurry as the dogs were so fast and leaping about, but here are the few that aren't too bad. Thanks to Kate for letting Bear come round........Dan wasn't supposed to be home from work and I think he now has a soft spot for Bear @Beanwood

@Naya thanks again for a lovely visit - great seeing you, Dan and Harls. And wow, did Bear love Dan! Bear wolfed down his dinner and is now comatose at the end of the bed. You'll be happy to know he also didn't eat my car while I made the grocery run. What a good boy!

Thanks also for the playtime photos. They were so cute together. And by that I mean Bear and Dan. ;)

In addition to seeing @Naya , Bear and I also did a tour of Wells and went to the beach. It was a big day but photos will need to wait as I'm just as tired as Bear, plus I have a last night of dog-cuddling to enjoy before I hand him back to Mama Kate @Beanwood tomorrow. Sleepy time puppy cuddles, here I come. :D

Gosh Bear looks SO much like Simba! I'm currently at the end of my two week holiday in the sun (going home tomorrow) and your photos gave me a little taste of home. Thanks for sharing! So enjoy these virtual tours with you!

Hi, we were hoping to come on the walk tomorrow but the weather forecast is looking pretty poor. There's sleet and snow in the Midlands much of tomorrow and our journey could end up being a lot longer than an hour and 40 minutes. I think it's best if we stay put here and make the most of any snow we get locally. Hope you have a good walk! Maybe we can come on one in better weather....

That sounds like a very sensible decision.
It does look a bit soggy tomorrow but we're not expecting snow down here. I hope that you can join us for our next one.

Yes, hope so too, fortunately I didn't tell Monty about his new potential forum friends so he won't be too sad... Plan to see the lovely Mabel and Rory soon in Coventry too.
