Sad but true, in some cases. When families are 'time poor' it's often the dogs (and children too) who lack the love and attention that they need.

Oh, this has made me so sad when I think about all my dear sweethearts who although challenging to start with,( and that's because we have to take the responsibility to explain kindly to them what we want)have turned out to be so very lovely and reliable and good.
