Split nail

    Yeah, they pulled out the top half of the split. I was confused too, I didn't know you could do that, but apparently you can and she's back in fighting form. I met a little JR once who had an auto immune disorder and had to have ALL of his nails removed. Poor wee guy, he had to be carried on walks because he was in too much pain during the initial "growing out" phase. He's all good now, I see him from time to time.

    They cut the hard nail back and the quick shrivels up in a few days. It sounds like the JR has something similar to SLO.
