Yikes! First heat and concerned!

    Well, hopefully just one more week to go. But then we get to go through Ayla's heat soon, probably. Not sure if it would have been better, or worse, for them to do it at the same time.

    OK, I think we're going on 3 weeks of this and I still have not seen any "flagging" from Aimee. She does seem to be at a horny stage because she humps her poor sister about a thousand times a day! Haha! Is it normal for a dog in heat to never flag? I'm trying to figure out of she's close to being done so we can go back to doggy daycare, training classes, and other public doggy places soon.

    Luna never flagged at all during her first season.

    Red never flagged during her first and only season (she has recently been spayed). I worked on the basis of 4 weeks from the first spotting I saw to her being done.

    Cassie didn't flag properly during her first heat but very definitely did in the second.

    The first seems to be a bit a shock to them but on the second they seem to be all woman.
