Hi, I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas why our 8 month old puppy is always trying to grab our hands with her mouth or even biting at them! We can have a good day then out of the blue it starts and we are unsure why it how to deal with this! Any advice is very welcome
Is it when she’s trying to get your attention? I always shoved a soft toy on my girls mouth whenever she started mouthing and now it’s her default behaviour.
Maxx is 7 months and he too has suddenly started biting our hands quite hard when he hasn't seen one or both of us for a while - e.g. when I get home from work. It's too early for adolescence isn't it?
Nope - not too early for adolescence. And Ripple is still an adolescent at 3 - probably not what you wanted to hear .
