Our 7 year old yellow lab is healthy, usually has a beautiful coat, and is in great shape, but each spring her allergies seem to get worse. This season she is chewing and scratching more than ever, and despite my best efforts to bathe, wipe after outdoors, feed raw diet, put her on Chinese herbs and try soothing her skin with witch hazel, she is getting worse. I’m trying to avoid prednisone and antibiotics but I don’t want her to be uncomfortable day after day. Any successful remedies out there?
