My OH went on a stag doo to Prague once and I didn’t hear from him for 5 days. He came home with what must’ve been the entire contents of the MAC counter in Prague airport
I’ve booked Stanley a little treat. We’re going to a Doggy play park. It’s £10 for an hour - fully enclosed with logs/tyres/balance beams/things to dig in etc. He’s taking Judge the Great Dane and Basil the Border Terrier with him. I’m really excited!
He appears to be I’m still a bit paranoid so he’s only having his kibble. He’s had a tiny bit of chicken and some beef but no peanut butter or anything - poor lad! We’re going to Glasgow today to see Beyonce and haven’t mentioned it infront of him so he can’t get ill so we can go
Is she at the Hydro? My son lives in the flats just the other side of the car park. Very handy! Hope you enjoy it and Stanley doesn't suspect you aren' just off to the shops. Relieved he seems better x
Ach it will be fine....just take your time. Last time I was at Hampden (it was for football) i was frozen though so make sure you can wrap up warm. It' a funny shape stadium I think wind blows through too much.
I met the fattest lab I've ever seen today. He was a beautiful dark choccy, very similar to Ella in colour. He was so awfully fat that even his face looked overweight . He wanted to play with Ella and struggled into a bow. Ella bounced around in delight while he thudded and puffed. So terrible to see, I wanted to offer him a home with us
We are in a pretty little holiday cottage right on the edge of Bodmin Moor in Cornwall. In fact the cattle grid leading onto the moor is right outside and each time a car drives over it, it makes a really loud rattle in the cottage. Yesterday Molly was leaping to attention every time it happened - this morning she is in typical Molly snooze mode and can’t be bothered! This girl won’t allow anything to disrupt her morning lie-ins!
Couldn't help thinking of you when I saw this, @JenBainbridge https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=4651031564943997
Of course, it's the rules of being a Lab. They have to study us really heard to make sure they are one step ahead so they are always in the way, wherever they choose to be.
The best part is that we didn't move her, just worked around her. It was like snooker, crossed with twister
Holidays are just wonderful. I can lie here on the sofa, drinking wine, maybe slightly squiffy, stroking a Labrador who I've spent the whole day on beach with, and hopefully all will be repeated tomorrow .
