Harley is being micro-chipped tonight. My husband is coming with me because I have a fear of needles. I'm really worried that it will hurt Harley. What can I expect afterwards? Will she be in pain or tired? I know it is something we have to do, but I'm just a bit worried. Reassurance please!!

I can understand your worry I wasn't sure either as Riley's my first dog but he was totally unperturbed by the whole experience . Harley will be absolutely fine :)

Charlie always gets cheese when he has to have an injection. He says it helps ;D. He was too busy watching the cheese to notice the microchip needle going in. And didn't notice it afterwards either.

Appointment was cancelled last night due to staff shortages at the vets. We have been this morning and Harley didn't even flinch!! She was too busy having a few treats. Am sooooo glad and it's over now :)
