Hi, possibly have a flea infestation. (possibly) with arrival new puppy. What order should i do things to make sure that if they have got into home, they all go?
I have just bathed all 3 with flea shampoo, step 2 is to apply their flea treatment
I have read fleas take 24 hours after flea treatment to die.. so.. when should, and how, should i tackle the house and possibility their are fleas on sofa etc?
i have 2 sofa throw and my own bed bedding the floors otherwise are wooden or vinyl
when should i start washing throw, bedding, dogs bedding etc? now or 24 hours after application of flea treatment? what do i need to do wash wise, hoover wise to make sure house is rid?

Fleas spend most of their time off the dog! You need to vacuum well round the edges of your rooms as that is where the flea eggs lie, I forget exactly the life of the flea but do remember that it is important to vacuum down the edge of sofas, chairs etc and you may need to get a spray from the vet that you spray these areas with.

Only the adult flea spent their time on the dog. You have to take care of the house, carpets, area around walls etc. flea eggs will pop three weeks after. So after 3 weeks after you have cleaned and spray you will have to repeat it!
