Kona is a 1.5 year old neutered male, very healthy and energetic (goes with saying!)
Because we have sold and are awaiting our new home in a few weeks, we are in an RV and he is going to very clean reputable doggie daycare for several hours per day. He also gets regular walks but now not in his usual 'hood.
We notice one small bloody bump on his nose a few days ago, attributed it to dog wrestling. With 24 hours his nose and especially eyelids were covered with fluid filled welts which were making him crazy with itching, using his front paws to 'wipe' his face.
Have appt with vet but this is holiday weekend - wondering if it could be poison ivy reaction?? It is certainly around here in the forested paths. He is constantly sniffing out smells and pushing his nose into the undergrowth.
Has anyone else experienced this with a dog? Can't find much on line - have photos
    Please help

Hi and welcome..Ouch! That sounds very uncomfortable. In this situation, it is more about treating the symptoms and booking an emergency vet appointment, than trying to figure out what caused it.
