Pain relief for 13yo Lab

What can I give my 13 year old black lab for old age pain...can't afford a vet bill as out of work

There is animal trusts that will help you out if you are unemployed
You will need to phone round or ask your vet, no medicine should ever be given out unless by a proper vet
