So here is your ingredient list. Fairly standard for a mid range grain free kibble.

Nothing really wrong with it. Roughly 47% meat (chicken) Not a protein personally I like to start a puppy on, I like to try a novel one first. Saying that I think it is a single protein source? Useful for a dog who is intolerant, but usually, it will be chicken they are intolerant too.

So mostly the rest is carbs from sweet potato, white potato and peas. Digest is probably from the chicken or could be fat from something else, pork for example. Yeast extracts, in this case, I suspect the digest is mixed with yeast to improve palatability, if I was to be picky, I would rather not have yeast, but depends very much on the yeast source. Currently, the jury's is out on yeast extracts in dog food.
So onto the rest..mainly a few herbs thrown in. OK, no real harm in that.

Calcium...2.48mg/kg...so 2.48%. A bit on the high side, and no information re: phosphorus. I would rather the mineral percentages to be written somewhere, maybe they are, just not on the screenshot. A rich blend of herbs referenced? Rather hold on that rosemary, please!

So a fairly average kibble. BUT not one I would feed a large breed puppy. Just MY opinion though! :)

Hi @Clare Sexton I've had a quick look at the ingredients and as @Beanwood says the food is ok. There's nithing that I can see on the label that classifies this food as a puppy food. The only labelling I can see is that it is a food for 'working dogs'. If that is the case I wouldn't feed it to my pup as a puppy should have a proper formulated food that is balanced for their growing nutritional needs.

I wouldn't worry about the main protein being chicken. Your pup has probably already been having this as it's main protein and the risk of sensitivity is very small and generally overstated.
