Hi, my girl Bonnie is 15 months old.
She has a lovely thick shiny winter coat at the moment, but I think there seems to be more “fluff” rolling around the floor at the moment? Constantly vacuuming.
She had a big moult in the summertime, but it’s winter now? Perhaps it’s because the heating is on ?
Is anyone else’s lab moulting now?

    Thanks

Its weird but my lab doesnt mould large clumps of hair of fluff, its just singular hairs everywhere. I think that my be to do with the fact that I brush him regularly which gets a lot of his undercoat out. He's going to the groomers next week for a proper de-shedding so we'll see how much comes out.

What’s coming out is the light fluffy undercoat, I just thought she might hold onto this in the winter time. I need to give her a good comb through.
Do you think a professional groomer occasionally is beneficial? I thought I would be able to control it myself, perhaps I just don’t do it often enough!
    Thank you

We are forever hoovering up dog hairs!, bought a Kong brush and tried it out last night, got covered myself!.

Maybe best off combing ours after we've been out for a rainy walk!.
