When did your pup start to grow proportionally?

He's still growing so disproportionate it seems. His ears are huge for his head, and his body is bulking up but his legs are still short.

Right now he weights 37lbs and is roughly 17/18in tall. It seems like he's a little under breed standards, but I'm still waiting for him to look like the other lab puppies I see that seem to be well proportioned. Did any of your pups look disproportionate like this?

 

From that picture he looks normal to me.... looks beautiful.

 

Beautiful dog. He is a long way off being fully grown, but if he carries on like this - well he'll be just fine.

Thanks for helping my fears. I keep thinking that his legs are so short for his age and his ears are too big. I know he'll likely grow into them but I always see pictures of other labs that are taller and skinnier and Koda is both underweight for his age and somehow still bulky looking

 

He looks just perfect to me.
