I’m not sure if my 11 month black lab is or has been in season…I have heard that it can sometimes be tricky to tell with labs. She has lost her appetite for the last couple of weeks – usually gobbling her food in seconds and now, returning to the bowl multiple times to finish it. She has been acting a little different, more tired and seeming a little sorry for herself for a few weeks. Most importantly I have found patches of clear/foamy discharge over the last couple of days. The first two were fairly small but yesterday there was a huge patch under and around her bed. The only way to describe it is a cross between water and egg white. There has been no blood and from what I can tell no swelling. Any advice on if this is normal would be very much appreciated.
