Hi! Our lab breeder has invited us to meet our baby girl pup who is 2 and a half weeks old today. My 6 year old daughter has had a fever for the past 3 days with a cough. No runny nose. She has a low-grade fever of 100 degrees as of this morning. Are we putting this puppy in danger if we visit? Can she become sick from my daughter? Thanks so much for your help!

I hope you got to meet your new pup. They are not susceptible to human viruses.

Thanks so much for your reply! Good to know that we couldn't transfer our cold to her. My daughter ended up getting much more sick, so I stayed home with her. I get to meet her on Friday though! Cannot wait!!
