Thanks @Jo Laurens - super advice as usual :) I started trying out the "mouth close" rewarding tonight while we were taking a break from a mini training session in the kitchen. I'll have a think about some scenarios I can set up for frustration training.

I also signed up for the Fenzi Focus course that you recommended. I signed up at Bronze, but then a Gold spot became available and I rather impulsively snapped it up. It's a bit tricky keeping up with the time zone difference, but we're learning lots.

    Thanks again.

Oh excellent, I'm really glad you're doing that course! Why is there a prob with the time zone difference, isn't it all online and you just watch the vids and post yours when you have time?

A lot of the students based in the US can get a bit of conversation going when the trainers are online and post multiple videos or questions in the space of an hour. For me, they're either on line when I'm at work or when I'm asleep so in order to follow the rules of waiting for a reply before posting a new post, it's a bit more stilted. Still getting loads from it though - and it's probably not a bad thing to hinder my ability to ask lots of questions, otherwise I'd likely drive them mad :)

Oh right! I don't think the courses I've done have been that busy from the sounds of it! I'm glad you're finding it useful.
