    Hi @myar hughes

Take her on lead to the same spot in the garden. Just stand there. No playing. When she urinates and not before she finishes, say yes and give her three food treats, one after the other. Reset and repeat frequently, say every 2 hours during the day. Keep positively reinforcing urinating in the garden.

Probably she regards outside walks as her play time, you could use positive reinforcement to introduce your pup to pee. If she releases in the yard, even if it's just a little amount, you could reward her with treats and praise, but there is no reward while bathing on the floor at home. Try it repeatedly, and she will enjoy doing her business outside for treats. If she responds well to commands, you could also add a command such as "go potty", which helps you control her potty while going to public places. Look at other positive reinforcement here:

It's important not to come back inside again, until she has gone outdoors. This might take a while, the first few times, so just be prepared to hang around in ONE spot, ON LEASH (so pup gets bored and goes). Then give a treat immediately afterwards.

If she is very distracted in the garden and busy playing with things and investigating stuff, she will forget to go - until you come back indoors again and then she is bored and toilets. So - keep her on leash and in one restricted area until she has been.
