Our new 9 week old is attacking her bowl in the morning and then chucking it all up about 15 mins later. I'd like to spread it out, but I'm not home to feed her 3-5 times a day.

I didn't catch it once and she ate it... Is that normal?

Yes, it is normal for a dog to eat regurgitated food.

I would suggest actually not feeding her in a bowl, but using the food to do training with so that she gets each piece of kibble more slowly. You should be enrolled on a puppy course either in the real world or online and have training material to follow and work through.

For times when you can't do that, then purchase a buster cube or a Kong wobbler so she can whack that around to get a couple of pieces out each time.

And a 9 week old puppy doesn't need to be fed 3-5x a day. 3x would be max. You should be able to do morning, after work and before bed... Otherwise, just go down to two larger meals and see if that works.

And take care that you are not feeding too much in terms of quantity... feed only what the puppy needs, not what the packet says.

Pippa recommends 4 meals a day in The Happy Puppy Handbook. Anyways, with our pup we feed him almost entirely from Kongs stuffed with kibble capped with a touch of canned food and frozen. Makes meals last longer and gives him a problem to solve every meal. I'm as new to this as anybody but it seems to be working.

My puppy is super greedy too... But he's not once vomited. I currently am able to feed him 3 times a day... But soon won't be. He's the same age as your puppy. He's thin and I feed him all he will eat for now. He poops a ton... Won't lie. Vomiting after most meals, even if a gobbler... To me seems abnormal. I would think about a vet visit.

Hi you can buy an anti gobble bowl from Amazon to slow your pup down. Alternatively scatter the food for pup to find or freeze in a Kong
