My 14 week and 2 day old boy got weighed today and he's a massive 17.7kg! He's not fat, got waist and definition but still some giant paws he's growing into.

    Moose weighs (chocolate lab)
    12 weeks= 28.7Lbs
    25 weeks= 59Lbs

Think he’s on the larger spectrum!

My first lab was a male and 5lbs at 8 weeks. He was the runt but at his highest made it to about 78lbs.

Our new girl is a tank. She is 9 weeks tomorrow and 19lbs. Mom was 85lbs and dad 95lbs. Had a litter of 9 and they where all big!

Daisy is my black lab puppy. She's from hunting stock so she's long a lean. 21 weeks old today and 50 pounds. She's going to be a big girl!

I pick up my puppy next week but at 6 weeks she only weighed 2.1kg. This seems really small compared to everyone else.

Does anyone have any experience of this? I am doing so much research into food as want to make sure I give her the right combination to help her grow.

I have a 10 month old lab female. She hasn’t been neutered. She’s only 17kg! She’s very lean, but she’s full of energy all the time and you can’t see her ribs. I think she’s just a very petite Labrador. I do worry though as she’s the smallest I’ve seen/ heard of for her age. Has anybody else seen or heard of a lab this tiny?

I think tracking a dog's weight is a good thing to do. But comparisons of weight between dogs pretty meaningless. :)

It is, but this post is very useful to new puppy owners to see just how much variation there is and to prevent them worrying that their lab puppy is not the weight it says they should be on some Google search.
