Hi Everyone my pup is coming up for 5 months on the 16 September. She’s a working Labrador retriever. She is very good overall jumps up a bit too much but pretty good with training etc. She slept through from day 2 and was generally getting up around 5 am
But then over the last month or so it’s reduced to 4 am, 3 am and then even 1 am. It got worse when we took
    In on holiday to wales.
I do go to her when she wines as she will bark if I don’t and wake the rest of the family. I did this because she had always slept through before and as she always went to the toilet when she got up which used to be around 5.
There have been occasions though when she does just go back to sleep after waking early without having a wee. Normally the very early wakes. Ie. 3 am.
The night before last though she woke
At 3 and Last night she woke 3 times 1.00 and 3 and both times went for a wee and then again at 4.35 but went back to sleep until 5.35.
I am broken and finding it hard to function. When she started her early wakes We did all sorts to improve things. Later feeding, a later walk, more mental games, we always give her the recommended excercise each day. We recently discovered we got the wrong advice from the pet shop regarding food allowance so have rectified that.
I have even been sleeping in the same room as her and there are no loud noises or things that could disturb her. She just seems unsettled. It’s driving me crazy especially my partner. I will take her to the vet as soon as I can get an appointment to rule out anything medical just wondered if anyone had any advice. Someone mentioned to me it might be as she will come into season soon. HELP!!!!
