Hello my 8 yr old black lab x collie has scratching problemhe he has had it before,I had him on Lintbells for itchy dogs which helped but is expensiveI so have put him on Scottish salmon oil,, I would like to know is it ok to be giving him piriton as well one AM and PM he has always had abeautiful shiny coat ,He is also having pro- fibre for his anal glands he's having them expressed about every six weeks , although these last few time they never seen to be full , and last couple of times he has been scooting and biting /licking his bottom after having them emptied , We had Jake when he was 4yrs old and had had that problem from beginning , is there I can try for any of these problems please .
