New puppy tummy problem

Hi all my black lab pup who will be 12 weeks on saturday seems to be having tummy problems this morning. She went outside this morning and had a poo but since then her tummy is making a lot of gurgling noises, she won't eat and she has also just passed a little mucus ?

 

I would say take her to the vet especially if she isn't eating.
