Hello, I joined this group to see if I can help a family member find a suitable, experienced home minder for their 2 year old neutered male labrador (not boarding kennels). We have a fabulous home minder where we live that is ideal when they come to visit us or have a holiday, but they need to find an equivalent near to where they live for short stays when it is impractical to drive him up and down to where we live. We recently signed up advised online pet sitting match service called Trusted House Sitters. The idea is that your sitters get free accommodation for their trip to your area, and you get free sitters. The couple we were matched with were lovely and reliable. Worked a treat.
