Hi everyone, my 12 week old choc lab has very droopy eyes, my vet wasn’t concerned, just wondering has anyone elses pup had the same and did they grow into them as there head got bigger?
Our second Lab, Tilly, always had droopy lower eyelids. They did not cause any problem, but did give her a bit of a blood hound look. They sometimes looked a bit tighter in the morning, but it was generally her look.
My Fred suffers from the occasional eye gunk due to slightly slit eyes at the bottom. Its never really caused him any issue, we usually jsut wipe away and its fine. Only if the eye gunk gets thicker and eyes become more red then they are white would i then call my vet.
