I have a 13 year old American Lab now but am beginning my search for a breeder for my next dog. I am looking for a Midwest breeder who might possible specialize in larger English Labs. The dog I have now is very large (95 pounds.) I love his size but also have come to love the English face. Any recommendations for a breeder out there who might produce larger than normal English labs, or 1/2 American, 1/2 English breeders? Thanks in advance for any information.

The breeder we got both our gorgeous English labs from is in California, but she does have some large English labs that she breeds. My older lab is about 80 lbs, which is pretty big for a female. Our puppy is 6 months old and he is already taller than my female. His dad is over 100lbs! My dogs are both gorgeous, shiny, black labs. Strangers come up to me to tell me how beautiful they are! They have very mellow personalities and are super friendly to people and other dogs. They are both very healthy, too! She has yellow and black English labs. Check out her website and see the dogs for yourself :) www.oakmeadowslabs.com (she did not pay me to recommend her - lol)
