    Hi all,

My 2yo is always getting interdigital cysts. Some are small but the last two are kinda gross. He goes on antibiotics and a warm soak as per the vet’s orders.
I believe he gets them because of some sort of trauma to the paw during training.
I am thinking of getting him some sort of boot to wear during training session.
Has anyone have this issue with their pup and what have you done as a work around?
    Thanks

I haven't had this problem with a lab but our old springer spaniel suffered all his life. We eventually found the best way to cope was to wash his feet with warm salty water at the end of the day and dry thoroughly. This was the only thing time it remained dry between his toes and that helped with the irritation.
We found that anything that kept his feet damp/wet made the problem worse. Good luck with finding something to help your boy.
