Just a little humble brag about my Waverly. She is training to be my service dog for panic attacks that lead to disassociative episodes, PTSD, and social anxiety. This is a picture at the tail end of a full-blown panic attack. After doing dpt (deep pressure therapy) and alerting me to an oncoming disassociative episode she brought me her most prized possession because she's been trained to distract me. She did not hesitate. She didn't look around to see what to do (this has been a hurdle for her). She was on the mark and worked like a boss. I've gotten a lot of flack because of her color and told she'll never be a service dog among other rude things. But my baby is proving them all wrong.
