    Hi everyone

I have a 11 month old labradore. We are very close. We love and play with eachother everyday all day.
    I walk him 2 - 3 times a day on different routes.

he has picked up direction. At round abouts he will choose certain ways he wants to go.
he will lay down won’t move and almost like demand to go that certain way.
i thought it might be because he is tired. As soon as I walk the way he wants to, he will shoot off in that direction.
Another example, he will stop in the middle of a busy road if he can already sense we are going right if he wants to go left.
I have a body harness but for his weight 37kg it does not control his movesments very well.
I have tried treating him with food when he decides to get up and walk the other way. Although that lasted a day. He just looks at the treats. It’s almost like he thinks his the boss when we are out for walks.
he does a lot of urine tracking and is very boisterous.

Please help. I love my labradore and it hurts my heart having to pull him or continuously lift him up by the harness.

    Thanks.
